HOLIDAY APARTMENT

TERMS
& CONDITIONS
-
Smoking is
not permitted inside the holiday apartment, to protect the health
and comfort of all our visitors.
-
The
holiday apartment provides one large bedroom, with a Sealy superking zip
and link bed (6’ wide - or two 3’ wide single beds). The living room has
a sofa bed (3’ 8” wide). A small charge is made for sofa bed linen and
towel hire. A folding bed (2’ 8” wide) can be provided in the bedroom
for a child under 12 years of age.

The weekly
rental rate is inclusive of the following:
-
Electricity, hot water and heating
-
Bedding,
towels and bath mats changed weekly
-
Sole use
of small front garden
-
Off-road
parking for one car
-
A small
fee is charged for Broadband access, with a 4Gb download limit per week.
Illegal downloading or misuse of the connection is not permitted.

A deposit
of 30% of the total rental price shall be paid at the time of booking
and the full balance shall be paid 4 weeks prior to the start of the
holiday. In the case of a booking being made within the 4 weeks, the
whole sum shall be payable on booking.

The weekly
rental shall begin at
15:00
hours on the first Friday to
10:30
hours on the final Friday, when the holiday apartment shall be left in a
clean condition.

The owners
cannot accept responsibility for the vehicle parked in the off-road
parking bay, nor for personal possessions left in the holiday apartment
or garden.

Cancellation (by guests) arrangements:-
-
Deposits
are non-refundable unless the apartment is re-booked for the period in
question.

Cancellation charges are 50% of the full balance within 2 weeks of the
holiday start date and 80% if within one week of the holiday start
date. If any doubt exists about your booking, please consider taking
out holiday insurance cover.

Cancellation (by owner) arrangements:-
-
If, for
an unforeseen reason, the holiday apartment cannot be made available
for the week you have booked, the owner will organise alternative
accommodation in the locality, or, refund the whole cost paid.

Complaints:-
All
complaints must be notified to the Owner/Caretaker as soon as reasonably
practicable. The Guests must allow the Owner/Caretaker the opportunity to
put the matter right. The Owner/Caretaker will take immediate action to
resolve the issue.

TERMS &
CONDITIONS – DOGS
-
Only well behaved, house-trained and well controlled small to
medium-sized dogs shall be welcomed to Brig y Don.
-
Dogs shall be wormed and treated for fleas prior to the visit.
-
Access for your dog within the apartment will be restricted to the
ground and first floors only.
-
The owners cannot accept responsibility for the safety and well-being of
your dog at anytime, either within the apartment.
